• The pre-engagement questionnaire is completed in a timely manner.
• The necessary decision-makers (e.g. CEO or leadership team) participate during each scheduled call, roughly 8-10 hours over the course of the engagement.

Everything you share in our session will be 100% confidential. I will never share anything we discuss with anyone outside our consulting relationship.
